โครงการเชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายถนนระหว่าง โครงการสะพานข้ามแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาบริเวณถนนสนามบินน้ำ จังหวัดนนทบุรีและถนนเชื่อมต่อบริเวณถนนราชพฤกษ์ เป็นงานศึกษาแนวทางเลือกแนวเส้นทางใหม่ พื้นที่ศึกษาครอบคลุมพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองและอำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยบริเวณจุดเริ่มต้นโครงการอยู่บริเวณถนนติวานนท์ ซึ่งแนวสายทางตัดผ่านชุมชน หมู่บ้าน บ้านจัดสรร ตามแนวสายทางสลับกับพื้นที่โล่ง และมุ่งหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันตก ซึ่งมีข้ามคลองบางบัวทอง และไปสิ้นสุดบริเวณถนนราชพฤกษ์ ทั้งนี้ จากการเข้าสำรวจพื้นที่โครงการตามแนวสายทางในเบื้องต้น ซึ่งแสดงตามภาพถ่ายที่แนบมาดังรูปที่ 2.2-3
