โครงการศึกษาความเหมาะสมและผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมเบื้องต้น โครงการสะพานข้ามแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาบริเวณถนนสนามบินน้ำ จังหวัดนนทบุรีและถนนเชื่อมต่อบริเวณถนนราชพฤกษ์ โดยมีจุดเริ่มต้นโครงการบริเวณถนนติวานนท์ เส้นทางเลียบถนนสนามบินน้ำ และมุ่งหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันตก ข้ามแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาตัดผ่านพื้นที่ตำบลท่าอิฐ ข้ามคลองบางบัวทอง และไปสิ้นสุดบริเวณถนนราชพฤกษ์ ซึ่งมีระยะทางประมาณ 8 กิโลเมตร แสดงดังรูปที่ 2.2-1 ซึ่งแนวเส้นทางโครงการอยู่ในพื้นที่ปกครอง ดังนี้
